I think this is a Peewee. I've never seen one, had to look it up.

It could be. If it was in the woods and not in open areas in your yard and if it didn't bob it's tail it probobly was. I expect it would have sung "pee-u-wee" if you listened for a while.

It was a spur-of-the-moment shot (which explains the poor quality). I didn't have time to notice it's song. I live near a lot of woods, so I think that's what it is. I can't find anything else that looks like it. At first I thought it was a flycatcher...but then I saw the picture of the Peewee.
My big bro is an Environmental Biologist, so I'm going to send it to him and see if he can identify it for certain.

No...I'm pretty sure it's an Eastern Wood-Peewee.
