I just started playing with the slideshow feature to see if I could use it on my eBay listings. I haven't tried it with a live listing yet so not sure if it will work because of the flash. Any eBayers out there who use it in listings??

Also, I have a question about security in using a slideshow this way. Bidders click on a picture to see the larger pic, but it looks to me as though they get into my actual album and have access to admin features such as edit and delete. Does this actually happen, or is it just because I'm looking at it from my cookied computer? What would a guest see/have access to if they clicked on a slideshow picture?

Thanks!

You're correct. You have the admin options because you are logged in with your admin password and being remembered by the cookies on your computer. If everyone had access to admin capability nobody would ever use the slideshows ;)

There is more info on public/private and what others can see here

There are also examples from a free and pro account - both public and private. Feel free to click on the examples and see what someone else would see when they click on an image in your slideshow.
