Having difficulty sending fullsize images!

When I try and send an image from here to another forum it only shows up as 160x120 instead of the full size. When I right click on image in my album and then properties it is always the smaller size.

How do I transfer pics on my computer to here and then send them full size to another forum?

I'm sure there must be something simple that I'm not doing! :PBconfused:

Hi there,

If you do not want your images resized upon upload, make sure you have the largest size for your account selected, and that your images are smaller than this maximum size.

Thanks for the previous advice but I was still unable to find my exact problem in the tutorial you sent me too.

My problem is when I try and transfer a photo from my album it is always the 160x120 size when I right click on it. When I try and resize it doesn't transfer over in that size to another forum. And when I try and send the pic after resizing it always comes up the same 160x120 size.

I'm assuming when I add to my album they are full size, 640x480 right?

Also some of my pics on my PC are from a CD and some directly from a camera to my pics on the pc.

I know there is a way because I posted a few months ago on the same forum I'm trying to post now.

Are you copying the URL from properties after you right click on the thumbnail in your album?
If so that would mean you are posting the thumbnail, not the full-sized one.

Try copying the bottom code from under the thumbnail and then posting that code instead. :)
The thumbnail is just that - a thumbnail. If you click on it you will see the full-sized image in your album.

i am having the same problem..I was going to start a new thread but i seen this here..
Someone recently made me a new sigg thats 400X150..
but when i upload it on photobucket it shrinks down to 160X60.. and then when i use it on a forum it stays as 160X60..I read through the tutorial a few times already but it isnt helping..

If you are finding your images are being resized, make sure you have your album set to the maximum for your account type as shown in this thread.

A clickable thumbnail is a small version of the full-sized one. It is intended to be small.

The page you look at when you look in your album contains all thumbnails. To see the full-sized version, click on one of them.

To post, copy the IMG code from under the thumbnail instead.
